Adequate stay, but some issues noticed
high heating disorganized breakfast
I found A MAJOR issue . THE heating was set too high, I had difficulty adjusting it. the breakfast service felt somewhat disorganized. Wait times for coffee were excessive, and several items listed on the menu were unavailable. This caused considerable inconvenience.

charming stay up north
reasonable price four poster bed breakfast selection
the price for a two-night stay felt fair. the room 5 with the four poster bed was so comfy. it had beautiful bedding. breakfast offered a great selection with delicious options.
the small parking bays were difficult to use.

the guest house offered a quiet setting, though it was situated just off the a9, and easy parking was available, i found this was a helpful attribute. many lovely places, especially pitlochry and blair castle, are so close by too.

the room included extra blanket in the wardrobe. the communal living room provided games, and an honesty bar. nice generous parking bays right next to the entrance each has a flower box.

the hosts was friendly and accommodating. nothing was too much trouble, and they were so kind. james even made my partner a bacon roll when he missed breakfast, this kindness was so thoughtful.

excellent room and helpful hosts
comfortable bed beautiful bedding amazing views
the room had a four poster bed and it was very comfortable the bedding was beautiful too the room was huge i also enjoyed the amazing views from the window. the hosts were friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. breakfast had an excellent selection and everything was delicious.
i noticed a very slight delay in getting a response to one of my emails

spacious room quiet atmosphere fresh coffee
the room was very spacious and quiet. i found nice places to eat nearby in the evenings. breakfast offered fresh coffee and juice plus a continental selection. the hosts were very friendly!!!
i could have used a few more coat hooks for damp coats.

black pudding quiet location flower box warm staff unclear policy early payment
The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. I appreciated the parking bays right next to the entrance, each featured a flower box. The breakfast with Stornoway black pudding was a fantastic experience. The location is very close to the main road, so it was quiet.
I found the cancellation policy a little unclear. Payment was taken out of my account a bit earlier than I expected. Expedia was more helpful than the hotel when I had a query.
